We exclusively use chocolate from Belcolade, a renowned Belgian chocolate brand from Erembodegem, Belgium.
Belcolade chocolate is made from 100% cocoa butter and 100% natural vanilla, because the tastiest chocolate comes from real ingredients.
Because our commitment to quality is matched only by our products’ excellence, we rely on the new Cacao-Trace sourcing programme, which offers a selection of fair trade products. The Cacao-Trace seal assures not only quality and traceability, but also trust and respect, guaranteeing the sustainable development and processing of cocoa.
Our goal is to meet the needs and expectations of the widest possible clientele, which is why we offer a variety of standard, organic, kosher, and fair trade chocolates, all certified by qualified agencies. Our BRC Global Standard certification guarantees the overall health and safety of our processing procedures.
Our chocolates can be used anywhere: bakery, pastry, confectionery, desserts, decoration, molds, and chocolate-making.
The percentage of cocoa used in each of our dark, white, or milk chocolates is visible on our packaging, representing the minimum guaranteed quantity of cocoa and cocoa butter.
